All prices on this site, canada.starlinepacific.com, are in Canadian dollars and are to be shipped within Canada. If the shipping destination is outside of Canada please contact us directly at 1-800-665-3994 and special arangements can be made.

Return Policy
All sales are final. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. If you need to return goods for any reason you must first obtain prior authorization from our Customer Service Dept. All returns must clearly display our return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages that do not display the proper RMA# will be refused. Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Warranty
The liability of the manufacturer or distributor is limited to the replacement of it's product which contains manufacturing defects. This warranty constitutes the sole liability of the manufacturer or distributor with respect to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, obligations, rights or representations, whether expressed or implied, and whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. No representative of the manufacturer or distributor has any authority to offer any warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.

Coupons
Unless otherwise indicated, coupons are redeemable only through online purchases at canada.starlinepacific.com or usa.starlinepacific.com, and may be applied to any of Starline Pacific's merchandise. Online coupons are restricted to one coupon per order and cannot be combined with other coupons. Coupons are redeemable only until the date indicated on the coupon. Coupon codes are entered directly on the website and the discount is applied immediately to the value of the merchandise before finalizing the purchase.
